The
Story begins in the small village near Merapi Mountain. There lived 3 best
friends; they are Sarri, Lio, and Ryan. They are fresh graduated of senior high
school but they can’t continue to be college student because an economical
problem, but fortunately they are the big dreamers.
...
One Day at the dawn...

Lio :
“Digging digging digging to the deep
Digging
to the deep in our garden.”
Lio :
“Halo sir... Good morning… Good day yeah..?”
….
Lio :
“Holiday, oh holiday we have to work all day.” (Continue digging the soil)
Ryan :
“Hey akang, how are you?”
Lio :
“You know what it is?” (Pick up the hoe)
Ryan :
“Yeah...”
Lio :
“What is it?”
Ryan :
“That’s a hoe.”
Lio :
“So when I do like this (digging)
what I’m doing?”
Ryan :
“Hoeing... No, no that’s digging.”
Lio :
“Aha, now you know, isn’t it?”
Ryan :
“Hmmm, now you try to fool me.”
Lio :
“What? Try? It seems successful to me.”
Ryan :
“Ok…Ok...”
Lio :
(Finish digging)
Ryan :
“Let’s go to Sarri’s house. I am missing my tweety.”
Lio :
“Hah??? Do you have a bird at Sarri’s house?”
Ryan :

akang.”

minutes later at Sari’s house)
Ryan :
“Sarri… Sarri… Oh Sarri….”
Sarri :
(while rubbing her eyes, she feels so
sleepy) “Hi guys... What are you doing here?”
Lio :
“Oh… Sarri. I miss your computer so much.”
Ryan :
“Ah no! He means that he wants to use your computer. And me too.”
Sarri :
“Alright. Let’s go up here.”
Leo & Ryan: “Thank you. You’re so
generous.”
At Sarri’s house…….
Lio :
“Guys, I get bored staying right here.”
Sarri :
“Yeah, I miss the atmosphere of school.”
Ryan :
“Hey, let’s use Sarri’s computer.”
Sarri :
“That’s a good idea.”
They
are playing computer in Sari’s house, 4 hours has been passed by and suddenly
they are clicking a scholarship site, named “GREAT SCHOLARSHIP”. They are
filling the form and then Ryan leads them to pray together with a hope they
will get the scholarship.
In the next three days,
There
is a letter from university come into Sarri’s house.
(Then
Sarri run into Lio’s house. Then Lio and Sarri run into Ryan’s house. There they
open it together)
Lio :

Sarri :
……
Ryan :
……
(When
the letter is read)
They
are being crazy for 10 seconds.
Ryan :
“Hey, hey, stop that! Guys!” (Chasing
Leo and Sarri)
(
Finnaly Ryan could calm down the situation and lead them to pray )
Then,
they must go to the city, in the next day.
They go to there by a pickup. On the way, they are singing together with
joyful heart. They arrive in the next three hours to University.
There
they meet many kinds of person. They go together anywhere and are never
separated until people call them “Threegers” which mean “Three Villagers”. For 7
semesters they study with joy and peace until they meet Nerrie the eighth grade
student who retakes all of her subjects on seventh semester. They meet her at
speaking class. And when class is over.
Lio : “How beautiful she is! I think I like
her.”
Sarri : “Who? Wow… She is beautiful, rich, smart,
and I think she is perfect for you.”
Nerrie : “I’m
Nerrie. I’m the richest girl in this campus, I spend 1 million rupiahs every
day. If you play with me, you will face my father. You want to know my stuff?”
Lio : “I
think I don’t like her anymore.”
(Nerrie showing off her stuff to her new friends in
front of the class. Threegers walk in front of her and kick one of the Nerrie’s
stuff)
Rian
: “Oh, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.”
Nerrie :
“Oh My Gosh 3x. You…”
3’gers :
“What?”
Nerrie :
“You...”
3”gers :
“What?”
Nerrie : “You ...what have you done? This is my
precious stuff. Oh dear, I am sorry I’m so clumsy. And you, you will get in the
big trouble.”
(But,
they ignore her. She is shocked of their attitude)
Nerrie is the president’s granddaughter.
She lives at her father’s hotel in VVIP room and go to campus with limousine.
Nerrie :
(She makes a phone call to her grandpa)
“Hello grandpa … How are you?”
Gp :
“I’m fine, sweetie. What’s the matter?”
Nerrie :
“I want to bomb this university.”
Gp :
“Why? What’s wrong with you?”
Nerrie : “This is the worst day ever. I met 3’gers
and they kicked my wallet. And the wallet is the most expensive in this
century. I want to kill them.”
Gp :
“Be patience, my sweetie. Don’t be like that. You must appreciate others. Life
is never flat.”
Nerrie :
“Aarrgghh…” (Then, she closed her phone)
She
is a cruel person. She always does anything to get anything she wants. And she
already arranges a plan to crush 3’gers in the next day. In the next morning at
campus. Nerrie brings much money at her pocket, maybe about 50 million rupiahs.
Nerrie :
(walk around the class) “Haha, Now
they will learn what’s the meaning of the trouble.”
Then
Nerrie goes into Wakil Rektor II room. She
wants to give the money to him, but he must stop the scholarship for Lio, Ryan,
and Sarri, so he agrees it with promises to stop it. In the morning at next two
days Sarri is shocked after she reads a letter that send to her.
Sarri :
“WHAT?”
(
Lio and Ryan go to her and ask with worry)
When they read it fear come out from
their faces.
Lio :
“The University stop our scholarship! But why?”
Ryan :
“This doesn’t make any sense.”
Sarri :
“I should ask Wakil rektor II for
this announcement about the truth.”
Rushly Sarri get ready and go to campus,
Lio and Ryan accompany her. They go to WR2 office.
(Lio
and Ryan are waiting outside they look so frightened, suddenly Nerrie comes)
Nerrie :
“So, haha, this is the Three Gers, once you pull it you can’t regret it.”
(Finally
Lio and Ryan force to pay attention to her)
Nerrie :
“Oh, now you see me? How surprised I am? Haha. Now you will understand who I
am.”
(Lio
punches Nerrie face but Ryan holds Lio’s body, make him go away from Nerrie)
Nerrie : “Woow…
Almost! A few inches more and you will end it in jail. Ok, good bye, good luck
then.”
(Then
Sarri come out with sadness around her)
Lio : “Sarri,
what did he say?”
(They
come out of Wakil Rektor II room with sadness)
Three
Gers don’t have the scholarship anymore; they must work to continue their
study. Lio become a waiter in supermarket, Ryan and Sarri work as a teacher,
they also become the freelance translator. But that accident make they learn
how important friend is. They are struggle day by day, to eat, to pay the
school, and to buy their daily needs. Until someday, they just have to wait 2
days again until the graduation ceremony. Pleasure for the entire college
student, blessed gift for Three Gers.
One
day when Sarri takes a rest her radio is on.
Radio :
“Ssrrrtt...Good evening, everybody. Stay tune on I-radio. There will be
earthquake tomorrow according to the BMKG report. So, you must be careful
everywhere tomorrow.”
The
next day in the evening before graduation ceremony. Three Gers come to the
campus to prepare the graduation ceremony. Sarri go to library and meets Nerrie
and Ryan there. Then, Lio also follow them. Suddenly, the tables move uncontrolled.
And the earth shaking its body. Then, the
earthquake happened...

lio want to help them, but unfortunately, the ruin blocked the way and ……………….)
News : (Slide about earthquake victims.)
And
graduation ceremony will be held a week after the tragedy. The graduation
ceremony is coming. The sadness sneaks among them. And the graduation party
ends at 5 p.m when it is beginning to rain. Lio walks away far from the
crowded. He wants to meet his true friends at graveyard.
Lio :
“Dear my friends,
If
you could celebrate this happiest moment together………..”
